I cut there are one or two nights and my foot was suddenly beside him and fell. because my ankle is injured, it hurts to the toes and move left, but the direction it fell. I can walk, but only a slight limp and can be a bike, too. It's more of an annoying pain. I thought it was strange that it hurts when his toes, what is wrong moves?

It appears he suffered a sprain or pulled a muscle. I may go to your doctor if you can X-rays are performed to ensure that you can find exactly what is wrong and can be treated accordingly. Would in the meantime, I like icing the ankle 4-5 times a day for about 15-20 minutes. I also take Advil (ibuprofen) to 3 times per day (400-800mg each) to reduce inflammation. if you want to sit on the affected ankle increased in order to reduce swelling and keep it wrapped with an ace Association for additional support. but you get your doctor as soon as possible! :)

In the course of time disappear. You need a little sprain. Ankle injuries are very bad for the only recommendation I have is the ice and try to rest. I tore tendons in his ankle a year ago and still have a limited movement of the same and is still swollen a little. If you believe this error is permanent, even if

I would say, go see a doctor. I played soccer with friends on a hilly terrain, so I broke my foot Cuz I step in the wrong hole. Later, I could not move his toes cuz it hurt so much. I do not think yours is broken, because he would weep for the sufferings of the march. I would recommend going to visit a doctor. Give it 2 or 3 days, then go to the doctor.

It sounds as if you injure tendons or ligaments. Need to exclude a fracture of the tarsal or metatarsal bones. Rest and immobilization would be a good idea. The best idea would be to consult a doctor and xray yet been reviewed.
