I need help when writing thank-you to those who have my wedding in Las Vegas in part. I also need help writing a thank you to my best friend, who also had their hair for my wedding. We have the best friends for over 18 years and they simply got married and just returned from his honeymoon, and managed to come to my wedding. I do not know what to say to thank her and how much it meant to me to be there.

Thank you notes is not necessarily an answer or a predetermined rate. Make a note written from the heart, such as "Connect (take note of our special day and every gift that you gave). The greatest gift of all would be there with us. It meant a lot for you."
As your friend, your last sentence says it all. If you know of for so long, I'm sure she understands exactly what you mean.
